Local Shipping: A flat fee of 3 KD is charged for local shipping within Kuwait. Orders of 50 KD or more are shipped for free.
International Shipping: A flat fee of 10 KD is charged for the first piece and an additional fee of 2 KD is added per additional item.
Please note that the shipping fee includes customs duties or taxes that may be levied by the destination country. These charges must not be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Returns Policy:
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date with the original invoice.
Please note that the following conditions apply to all returns:
The clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when it was received.
The clothing must not have any perfume or other strong odors on it.
The clothing must have all original tags attached.
Returns will be refunded in the form of the original payment.
Swim wear is non-returnable/non-refundable
Shipping fees are not refundable.
